This detached fully equipped villa with private saltwater pool and walled garden for complete privacy is located on a quiet private complex very close to the harbour, beach and town center of Playa Blanca. Villa Lazy daze is a centrally located, just a minute from the Spar supermarket, bars and restaurants. Two minutes from the harbour and only a 5 minute walk to Playa Flamingo beach. The villa consists of an open plan living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms with a walk-in shower. The living room has 2 spacious sofas, TV with Dutch and international channels, air conditioning (pay as you go) and free WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Bedrooms: 1st bedroom/master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, but can also be used as a double bed. The bathroom has a toilet and walk-in shower. Outside there is a very nice terrace (finished to a very high quality standard), complete with barbecue, table and chairs, sunbeds and mood lighting.
