It's hard to know what you will fall in love with most. The long tree lined driveway provides a canopy of shelter as you drive expectantly to the property. Set amongst mature trees, The Clubhouse complements its natural environment and with interior decoration that is both edgy and calming at the same time. The views across the sprawling front lawn, the golf course and the harbor will take your breath away. The spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom home with three living areas offers a guest wing which is perfect not only for kids, but great for extended families. The rooms are decorated with a curated selection of modern artwork, an accent to the natural beauty of the estate and views outside. The dining area opens out to the spacious covered patio where you can dine and enjoy a glass of wine by the outdoor fire pit, perfect for melting marshmallows with the kids. Or get out your togs and have fun swimming against the swimmers' jets in the pool. Other things to note *** Ātaahua Estate holds seven memberships to the Omokoroa Golf Course. Memberships available for use by Guests subject to prior arrangement. The Grounds The Clubhouse sits with the wider grounds of Ātaahua Estate. This glorious estate is set amidst magnificently landscaped gardens and forested areas, citrus trees, edible plants and swimming pool, right above the fourteenth tee of the Ōmokoroa Golf Course, with sea views beyond. The Clubhouse grounds provides wide-open spaces for children to play, enjoy the volley ball net for a family game. The wider Ātaahua Estate grounds are meticulously landscaped, incorporating thousands of plants – each planted as a labour of love and most planted as seedlings. There is parking for at least another six cars outside, including the boat and motorhome. Water Activities For the keen fisherman, kite surfer or if you simply want to take family and friends waterskiing behind your boat or jet ski, the Omokoroa Beach, boat ramp and moorings are less than 4kms away. For the golfer, well you don’t get any closer than this too the fourteenth tee. If you simply want to enjoy a paddle in the harbor, adult and kids kayaks, or even paddleboards, can be arranged. If yoga or simply the chance to meditate in nature is your passion, The Clubhouse grounds provide the perfect canvas. Boutique Services For those who would want a private Pilates session or PT session, subject to advanced booking, these can be hosted in the private Gym situated at the adjacent Ātaahua Villa (charged separately). Subject to booking, access can also be granted to the tennis and basketball court’s situated as part of the Ātaahua Villa (not available over the Christmas/ New Year period. If you simply want to enjoy The Clubhouse, and want to enjoy long slow smoked salmon, pork butt or wagu brisket, or simply want the pantry stocked, subject to advanced booking, the team at Ātaahua Estate can arrange this for you (charged separately).
