It access to the beautiful River Dart and the array of restaurants and shops this wonderful town has to offer. You enter April Cottage through the front courtyard garden, which is a pleasant area to sit out in. Guests then find themselves in the entrance hallway leading into the open-plan living space. This area is modern, with good quality appliances and mood lighting. The living area has two large sofas to relax on after a long day of exploring, whilst the kitchen has a table and four chairs so there’s plenty of room for all to enjoy dinner together. There is also a downstairs toilet on this floor and a handy bar area to store your favourite tipple, with a wine cooler underneath. Upstairs leads to the two bedrooms of the property, one en-suite, as well as a family bathroom. There is so much to do and see in and around Dartmouth, whether you are a keen boating enthusiast or want to enjoy the historical gardens of Coleton Fishacre.
