Please note that parking is restricted to street parking along Balboa Blvd and 13th St. When you step inside our place, you'll find a thoughtfully crafted interior. This includes new ceiling lighting, sleek quartz countertops, modern appliances, and elegant Italian leather furnishings. You'll also enjoy the comfort of efficient heating and cooling. Our bathroom is a highlight with its luxurious features, including the famous TOTO Toilet. Feel free to make use of the spacious laundry room during your stay. Our accommodations are designed to comfortably host up to 3 guests. You'll find a plush leather queen bed and a cozy Italian leather sofa bed, along with enough bedding for 3. We've stocked the kitchen with essential cooking equipment to make your extended stay more convenient. It's like your very own home away from home! You will have exclusive access to our entire home, including all appliances and courtyard amenities. The courtyard is shared among all guests and features lawn chairs, umbrellas, and tables for your enjoyment. The on-site laundry room is available free of charge daily between 4 PM and 12 AM. Please note that this unit does not come with a designated parking spot, but street parking is available on 13th St and Balboa Blvd. Be mindful of street cleaning signs. We are less than 15 minute drive from the property in the case that there is an emergency or situation where we must be present. We'll be in touch via Airbnb to check in on you folks and ensure all is well. The Balboa Peninsula is a popular destination for visitors to Newport Beach, offering breathtaking views of the ocean, rapids, shoreline, and Catalina Island. Swimming, surfing, beachcombing, stand-up paddle boarding, bicycle riding, running or roller blading on the boardwalk, sunset watching, strolling the sand, beach volleyball, sailing on the bay, or enjoying the world famous Fun Zone, nightlife, and fine dining of the Newport and Balboa Piers are all right outside our door. You are walking distance from bars, restaurants, and entertainment for the entire family. Street cleaning now occurs on Monday (on the street alongside the building) and Wednesday across the street from the building. Parking in the alley is prohibited, and any parking tickets incurred are the sole responsibility of the guest. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
