Our vacation home with spacious garden offers enough space for a relaxing family vacation. The living space is divided into three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living and dining area, a kitchen and two terraces with ample seating. The space The vacation home is located on a 1000 m² property and has a living space of 100 m², which is spread over two floors. On the first floor, there is the living and dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. The terrace connects directly to the living area and offers views of the tree-lined garden. The lawn can be used for recreational games. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. Each bedroom has a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Bedroom 1: Suitable for max. 2+1 people Double bed (180 x 200 cm = 71" x 78") Couch (130 x 200 cm) TV Bedroom 2: Suitable for max. 2 people Double bed (180 x 200 cm = 71" x 78") Bedroom 3: Suitable for max. 2+1 people Bunk bed for children (90 x 200 cm) Foldable bed (90 x 200 cm) On request, two travel cots can be provided for children. Bed linen, towels, electricity / heating and Wi-Fi (50 Mbit) are provided free of charge. Arrival with a dog is not permitted.
