The space Only about 45 minutes from Palma airport, our house presents itself bright, spacious and modern in Alcanada - an upscale villa development of Alcudia. Quietly situated and only 150 metres from the sea, it is suitable for families and friends. On approx. 220 sqm of living space, our house has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and offers space for 8 people. We are happy to provide a high chair and baby cot on request. German TV is available via satellite and WLAN is available throughout the house. On the upper floor there is a bedroom, bathroom and a large living-dining kitchen with upscale equipment (Gaggenau cooker and other German manufacturers). The living room is bright and friendly flooded with light through large balcony windows and you can see the sea from the large balcony. On the lower floor there are three more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One room has direct access to the pool and a large walk-in wardrobe. In general, each room has large built-in wardrobes. Our villa has air conditioning and central heating and there is underfloor heating in the bathrooms, making it ideal for year-round use. . A washing machine and various household amenities such as a hoover, iron, ironing board and co are also available for guests to use. The pool with a size of approx. 32 sqm invites to a sporty swim (Attention! Due to the depth of 1m-2.50 m, the pool is not suitable for small children or non-swimmers). In the back area you will find a cosy lounge corner with stainless steel barbecue, in the front there is a dining table group for up to 10 people. The proximity to the sea, the golf course or the cycling and hiking trails make our villa the ideal sporting plus point. More important information Additional costs: In Mallorca, every tourist over 16 years of age must pay an "ecotax". This amounts to 0,55 €/2,20 € per person and per night. From the 9th day the amount is reduced. The amount depends on the period (low and high season). This is paid separately on the spot to the house management.
