You and our neighbors will be grateful if you comply with quiet hours (10pm-6am). This is not suitable for parties or for groups that want to be loud and noisy. We have electronic noise monitoring in our apartment; the devices only monitor noise levels and are 100% compliant with data protection rules. The front door is monitored with a camera.
