Located in the best point of Barra da Tijuca, close to bars and restaurants, in addition to being just across the street from the beach sand. Guest access We need photos of all guests' identification documents (ID or passport) to be sent after booking so that we can send them to the condominium management authorizing access. This is a condominium security measure and therefore a non-negotiable requirement. Other things to note Relevant information: - The property is located inside a residential building. We demand respect for the rules of good coexistence in order to avoid any disagreements with the condominium owners and the building administration. Similarly, the common areas and leisure items provided by the building must be respected. Any burden generated due to non-compliance with the rules and/or damage to the building's assets will be charged through Aircover, and the reservation will be subject to unilateral cancellation without refund of the reservation amount due to security issues. - There is a basic cleaning service on weekdays, by appointment, which can be waived if desired. There is no change of linen during the stay. For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer a complete cleaning in the middle of the stay with a change of bed linen and towels. - We request caution in the use of the linen. Get some makeup, sunscreens, tanners or any kind of product that may stain sheets and towels before using them. Items that have been damaged or with stains that do not leave will be charged. - Do not use body or face towels, as well as bathroom mats, such as floor cloths. We leave a floor cloth for this purpose in the apartment. - Please pass the foot wash or shower on the ground floor of the building before climbing to the apartment to avoid the accumulation of sand in the apartment, as well as on the sofa and mattress. We arrange and organize the apartment with all the care and care for the comfort of your stay. We ask for caution in its use. Please take care as if it were yours!
