On the south-west balcony facing the sea, you can enjoy the sun until late evening, watch the surfers enjoy their sport or follow the passing sailboats. And at night you have an unobstructed view of the sky above you. Simply wonderful! DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH The apartment is located in the listed Arne Jacobsen settlement directly on the south beach. In about 2 minutes on foot you can reach - thanks to the elevator in the house practically barrier-free - one of the most beautiful beach sections of Fehmarn, where your own beach chair is already waiting for you. The "FehMare" with seawater wave pool, slide, children's and wellness area (sauna, massages, etc.) is within walking distance, as is the island bakery or laundromat and self-service market of the marina. TOP FEATURES The apartment is well furnished for up to 4 people + baby. Both families with children and two couples traveling together or a couple who value separate bedrooms feel comfortable here! The interior style is modern Scandinavian and is based on the ideas of the builder of the settlement, Arne Jacobsen - at the same time one of the most famous designers in Denmark. FOR CHILDREN You will always find a children's travel bed (60 x 120 cm) and a children's high chair in the apartment, ready to be assembled - of course free of charge. BEACH CHAIR At least in the period from May 15th May to 15th September, the beach chair on the south beach assigned to our apartment is available to you free of charge - depending on the weather, even earlier or later. PARKING SPACES A car parking space belonging to the apartment at the house is available to you free of charge, additional parking spaces in the area for a fee. Bicycle stand at the house. Small bicycle room in the house. CHARGING STATION FOR ELECTRIC CARS In the marina to the north of the house, there is also the possibility to recharge your electric vehicle. The charging station is located directly at the red harbor master building. HISTORIC PRESERVATION The "Ostseenest Fehmarn #2" belongs to the settlement designed by Arne Jacobsen, which was placed under monument protection in 2015. The whole area is a work of the famous architect and designer. In the apartment, you will find information about Arne Jacobsen and modern architecture - but you can also just spend a nice holiday with us... ;-) ALLERGY-FRIENDLY No smoking or pets allowed. All materials are allergy-friendly. SAUNA and SWIMMING POOL Within walking distance of the apartment is the year-round adventure swimming pool "FehMare" with associated wellness and children's area (slide, pools, sauna, massages). In the listed swimming pool you can swim in real Baltic Sea water - at the full hour also with waves! LAUNDRY In the laundromats at the marina and in the nearby IFA hotel on the south beach, washing machines and dryers are available for a coin. Wifi In addition to your own fast Wi-Fi in the apartment, you can also surf the Internet in your beach chair on the south beach by registering with your visitor's card number on the public Wi-Fi of the municipality of Fehmarn.
