The fully equipped kitchen in Ocean Pier IV 340 will make mealtimes stress-free. This comfortable rental also provides a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and 3 flat screen TVs. Ocean Pier IV provides amenities that will enhance your time spent in this oceanfront complex. An oceanfront sundeck awaits your arrival each day. Leave behind your condo after enjoying a cup of coffee on a private balcony that delivers an awe-inspiring view and head out around the complex to lounge poolside. Bedding Details: No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths. Hand towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are not provided. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. The unit would only come furnished with comforters, pillows, and blankets. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit the day of your arrival and may arrive after you check in to the property. Beds are not made. Ocean Pier IV 340 is a 3rd floor condo and there is no elevator on-site. Guests must climb stairs to access the condo. The minimum check-in age is 25. A valid Visa or Mastercard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals. To confirm their booking, guests will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Guests will need to provide the host, Elliott Beach Rentals, with their email address to receive this document. Guests will not be able to check in without signing our rental agreement. Guests will check in at our rental office to collect their key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our check-in hours are a range between 3 pm - 5:30 pm (7 pm on summer Saturdays). Guests will receive a text message notification within that window once the rental has been cleaned and is ready for check-in. We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited. Violation of this will result in eviction. There may be security cameras in the common areas of the condominium complex, such as the hallways, parking area, and pool area, that are not owned or controlled by Elliott Realty, Inc. nor the owner of the condo.
