The exquisite Villa Brombeer is located in the stunning village of Faralya, with beautiful sea views, on the edge of the forest. Several small beaches, the famous Butterfly Valley or the lively center of Ölüdeniz are nearby. A perfect all-round location for relaxation, culture or hiking. Other things to note The luxurious villa can accommodate 15 people. This spacious villa is fully equipped with modern and high-quality furnishings. 8 air-conditioned bedrooms with 6 bathrooms allow for a convivial vacation with sufficient retreat options, including the 5 outdoor terraces, the spacious pool area and the beautiful garden with flowers and fruit trees. The large kitchen with its holistic furnishings of the highest standard leads to an outdoor terrace with cozy seating, at the table or in the oriental seating area. The 60 sqm living room overlooking the pool has numerous seating areas and a TV corner with custom wood decoration. The high-quality furnishings complete the cozy atmosphere. From the living room you can reach the front terrace with a 3 m long wooden table made of a natural tree trunk. The upper 4 bedrooms all have a wide view of the sea, pool and forest. 2 rooms have a balcony, a separate dressing room and a private bathroom, one with a shower and one with a jacuzzi. A third bathroom with shower is also located on the first floor. A total of 7 beds, with 3 rooms with a queen size bed and 1 room with a 1.20 m bed. The lower 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen beds, 1 with 2 single beds all have pool views. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets complete the furnishings of the lower area. There are also 2 washing machines and a dryer. The house and pool are illuminated at night. There is also Internet with Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house. Even if taxis or public transport are partly available, a car is recommended there.
