Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival. Late check-out is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host. Check-in begins at 4:00 pm and check-out ends at 11:00 am. Park up to 3 car maximum. Two compact cars in the driveway gate, one on the driveway. Plenty of street parking is available right in front of the property. You may find clean sheets and towels in other rooms of the house. There should be a set of 8 bath towels, 8 wash clothes, and 4 make up towels per reservation. Any missing towels will be charged $10 per. There is an additional yet to be determined commercial usage fee for guests who require filming video or audio on the property. For undisclosed pets brought into the listing, there is an additional $250 fee. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds as well, please pick up your pet's waste. If there is excessive pet hair in the space there may be additional charges as deemed necessary by cleaners. Driveway gate is currently not operational until further notice.
