Whether it's a large crew traveling in Cleveland for an extended period of time or a family member recovering from surgery or a medical procedure at Cleveland Clinic or University Hospitals, many of our guests remark on how close they are to Cleveland attractions and the unique design and layout of this home. You're living in an area mostly comprised of retirees and families. Tree-lined streets and sidewalks make it ideal for taking morning walks or evening strolls. The wheelchair ramp helps you enter the home. Walk inside to find gleaming hardwood floors, a huge living room with a brick wall with overhead lighting, a 3-person sofa and 2 arm chairs. The first floor king bedroom has a large closet and its own private master bathroom. Two separate sinks, a separate bathtub, and a separate standing shower. The den has a Smart TV with Roku hookups, a comfy 3-person couch, and an extra chair. The dining room seats 6 people and connects to the fenced-in backyard area for outdoor entertainment. The kitchen comes with all major appliances (fridge, dishwasher, built-in-counter electric stove, and oven). All dishware and cookware provided. The half bathroom and laundry room are connected to the kitchen area with a door leading up to the carpeted hideaway bedroom with a double bed. The bedroom area has its own AC unit and portable heater. The second floor has two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed and lots of closet space. The bedrooms share a full bathroom (shower/tub combo). High speed WiFi and very pet friendly! Please note that for any guests who book a stay between 30-59 days there will be a built-in $500 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you surpass that cap by more than $25 you will need to reimburse us for overage using a credit card on file. For a full house of 6 people, monthly utilities tend to run between $400 to $450 per month. A CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU ONCE YOU CHECK IN. IMPORTANT =>>> This is an older house located in a wooded area of Cleveland Heights. It's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. Rest assured we do a very thorough cleaning before each guest arrives and take all precautions to ensure that pests do not enter the house. In the RARE EVENT that you happen to see a mouse inside the house, PLEASE ALERT LINDSEY RIGHT AWAY AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. Laundry facilities are located in the basement - guests must be comfortable using stairs. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m. Please move your car into the driveway or garage to avoid getting a ticket! NO MORE THAN 4 CARS ALLOWED IN THIS HOUSE! A few notes about the house... 1. Unless there is more than a 3 to 4 inches of snow accumulated in ONE DAY, we do not provide snow removal. We do though provide tenants with snow shovels to use incase of snow during your stay. If there is more than a few inches of snow, our crew will be there by their earliest convenience to remove the snow from your driveway and other entryways. We strongly recommend guests to check the weather forecast ahead of time prior to your arrival in case a few inches of snow are set to be in Cleveland. 2. We take care of lawn maintenance during the spring, summer and fall. Extra blankets provided, but no extra pillows at this time. 3. Pets are welcome. Number of pets is negotiable. CLEANING FEE IS NEGOTIABLE and is based on number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets.
