The space Room 1 has a king-sized bed, cable TV and a large walk-in closet with plenty of room for your luggage. There is an en-suite bath w jetted bathtub and separate shower. Room 2 has a queen-sized bed and Room 3 has two twin-sized beds. Both spare bedrooms have their own closet space and share a second bath. In the living room you can unwind watching TV or playing board games with room for two more guests on the pull out couch. Off the back, there's a separate sunroom with it's own conversation area and a foosball table, There is a a wooden deck space outside for grilling your fresh catch. Imagine cozying up to the gas firepit on the dock while taking in the view. From there, check out the wooden ramp leading you to the floating dock where you can fish, and keep your boat, kayaks or paddleboards. A short trip through the canal way and soon enough you'll be out enjoying the Matanzas River! Guest access Ample parking for up to four cars in the driveway. The boat ramp (Frank Butler Park) is less than 5 minutes away by car and less than ten minutes by boat making it very convenient for bringing/launching your water toys.
