Farm Stay with lots of activity

Perfect place for a mini relaxing getaway with family. 23 acers with Play area, Grill huge front and back porch to relax. Pat friendly goats, roam around with chickens. Huge pond in back of property for fishing. However fishing will require pre approval. We are not responsible for any damage that might happen because of any animals at the farm. Property is cross fenced for kids safety please reach out to us before going on back side of property. we have cows in the back side of property. The space We are close to downtown as well as many shopping/grocery stores including Walmart, Ross, Marshalls, Rue 21, Starbucks, and many fast food places and restaurants. Everything you need is within a short distance 10 -15 min from the house Guest access Guests have access to the entire house (except a small closet in master bedroom and black fridge in laundry room). Please do not open chicken coop door, we have automatic door that will open close on scheduled times There's a Smart TV in the living that has Netflix and Amazon Prime. Guests are welcome to use either of the two apps with their credentials or connect their own devices like ps4 Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space, and our lovely neighbors, with respect. We have a small firepit that can also be used but please check with city of Greenville /hunt county on drought restrictions we do not want any fire to affect our property or neighbor’s property. If any problem(s) arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Other things to note • The neighbors have dogs. You may hear them bark from their backyard • Absolutely No shoes on the rugs or beds • Absolutely no smoking of any kind • Drug use is strictly prohibited on the entire property • Absolutely no party or loud event. There will be penalties • Cleaning fee is for home only please do not litter on property else there will be additional penalties
