This luxurious beach home is nestled in Cabana Beach Estates, a quiet beach community with unlimited access to a private beach. Bring your pets with you since Fort Morgan is THE ONLY DOG-FRIENDLY BEACH IN ALL OF GULF SHORES ★You and your pet will have UNLIMITED ACCESS TO A PRIVATE DOG-FRIENDLY BEACH (5 Minute walk) This custom-built home was just completed in September of 2022 so will enjoy the latest furnishings in the area. This construction features: CONSTRUCTION FEATURES •Gold Fortified construction engineered to weather a storm better than regular constructed homes •14ft elevation off the ground •Impact resistant doors and windows •Brand new appliances throughout •10ft vaulted ceilings throughout •Extra large 7ft doors in each room [PETS] ➣We understand that your furry family members are an integral part of your vacation, which is why our cabin is pet-friendly. ➣Your four-legged companions are more than welcome to join you on your Smoky Mountain getaway (please consider this if you do not have pets or in case you have allergies). ➣We ONLY allow dogs. No cats, birds, etc ➣You will need to enter the number of pets to the guest list so that the nightly price can be adjusted accordingly. ➣If you bring a pet without adding them to the guest list then we will assess the pet fee ➣Dogs that are left unattended MUST be crated ➣We do not provide crates ➣Maximum 2 pets, 50 Lbs max each ➣Owners are responsible for any and all damage caused by a pet ➣Pet fee will be charged: $15 per pet per night OUTDOORS * Spacious carport underneath the house and a large driveway with enough space to park 7 vehicles * Sand wash-off area * Charcoal grill to cook your favorite meals * Quiet deck at the front of the house, facing the Gulf, fitted with high-top polywood Adirondack chairs * Spacious deck at the back of the house fitted with low-sitting polywood Adirondack rocking chairs * The sunset views from the back deck are incredible * LIVING ROOM You will find a 65-inch Smart TV with Roku streaming available. It also features a fire place and a queen-sized pull-out sofa. * DINING AREA This area is separate from the living room and is fitted with comfortable seating for 6 people. The kitchen island has additional seating for 3 people. * KITCHEN This is fully loaded and equipped to prepare your favorite meals and has all the utensils, pots and pans you will need. We also provide a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig for coffee lovers. Starter coffee pods are provided at no additional cost. All the appliances are BRAND NEW [SNOW STORMS & POWER OUTAGES] ➣During the cold months we encourage 4WD in case we get snowfall. ➣Power outages can happen when there's a snow storm. ➣Regardless of these precautions, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING TRIP INSURANCE through a third party ➣If you book more than 30 days from check-in we will provide you a link for trip insurance that you can purchase through Rental Guardian *We are not affiliated with this company and you have to direct all questions to them [CONSUMABLE ITEMS PROVIDED] To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer a STARTER PACK of consumable items, including: ➣Shampoo ➣Conditioner ➣Body wash ➣Lotion ➣Paper towels ➣Toilet paper ➣Trash bags ➣Hand soap ➣Dish soap ➣Dishwashing sponge ➣Dishwasher detergent ➣Laundry detergent *Please note that guests will need to supplement these items during their stay. * MASTER BEDROOM We have a comfortable King Bed with USB charging ports attached to the head board. Sitting on the sturdy frame is a 14-inch cooling gel memory foam mattress with a breathable soft fabric cover. There is also a 50-inch Smart TV prepared for your enjoyment and a large walk-in closet. * MASTER BATHROOM The Master Bathroom features a double vanity with a wall-mounted hair dryer for your convenience. There is a stand-along tub to relax in after a long day at the beach. The shower is made of luxurious tile materials * OTHER BEDROOMS One of the bedrooms has a queen bed while the other one has 2 sets of Twin size bunk beds. We have provided some board games tucked away in the bunk-room closet. * ENTERTAINMENT We have provided Roku streaming capability for each TV. In order to stream your favorite shows please BYO username and password. Roku features guest-mode functionality - it will automatically log you off after your stay. GOLF CARTS * Golf carts are NOT allowed to be operated in the neighborhood per the Home Owners Association. Only property owners are allowed to operate golf carts GUEST ACCESS * This home is located in Cabana Beach Estates, a private beach community in the Fort Morgan area. * In order to access the private beach we provide 2 guest parking passes. * These passes are very expensive & time consuming to replace and we require them to be left at the home for the next guest. * There is ample parking for 7 vehicles and the driveway is concrete. * The road leading to the property is loose gravel and has potholes. When it rains there will be puddles of water to navigate around. * We do not refund due to weather, driving conditions, power outages or other acts of nature that we don't & can't control. We advise you to get trip insurance OTHER THINGS TO NOTE * Since there are wetlands behind the property you will see insects especially outside on the deck. We do have the home on a strict pest control schedule. * Before or after booking we need to know whether you are bringing any pets with you. Please let us know: (i) How many pets (ii) What kind of pet they are (dog, cat, etc) (iii) Size/Weight of each pet (iv) Whether your pets are trained or untrained Keep in mind that you are obligated to follow the pet rules found in the "Additional House Rules" section. Please familiarize yourself with these rules. ***Honesty is the best policy. We have security cameras and we will find out if you sneak in a pet. So just be upfront and let us know as soon as possible*** Guest access • This home is located in Cabana Beach Estates, a private beach community in the Fort Morgan area. • In order to access the private beach we provide 2 guest parking passes. • These passes are very expensive & time consuming to replace and we require them to be left at the home for the next guest. • There is ample parking for 7 vehicles and the driveway is concrete. • The road leading to the property is loose gravel and has potholes. These are wild and dangerous animals so please do not approach them or feed them. Note: Alligator sightings are extremely rare. Since we began operations in 2022, we have not had any reported sightings. • Before or after booking we need to know whether you are bringing any pets with you.
