No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund. ★ POOL HEATING ★ During the cooler months (Nov-April) there is a $50 per stay charge for pool heating, this is to offset the cost to run the heater. this applies to stays of 4 days or 30 days. Pool is set to run on a schedule, Pool heats from 9-6pm, please keep in mind that during the winter (Nov-April) the temps can range from 80-85 depending on outside temps and be over 90 in the summer ★SAFETY ★ There are 4 cameras located on the property, one facing the driveway, one on the right side of the house towards the front door and 2 in the back. They are not monitored cameras and are there for yours and our safety ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. ★ GARAGE ★ The garage is not for guest use, the inside laundry door will remain locked during stay Thank you very much for your understanding.
