Located a half mile from the heart of Camelback Mountain. The space Sink into quality Tempurpedic king beds; enjoy our chef’s kitchen with a Thermador range. Experience a bright living room with fabulous views from deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining table for summer barbecues. The lower family/game room provides a fun escape for movies and table games! The game room features shuffleboard, a foosball table, and an 8 '4" pool table, as well as a kitchenette to keep refreshments nearby! The property sleeps a total of eight guests in three king bedrooms and a sofa bed is available in the entertainment level. You will be conveniently located right opposite the slopes of Camelback Resort with skiing and water parks (indoor Aquatopia and outdoor Camelbeach). All living areas and bedrooms are equipped with T.V.'s that use Roku with owner paid access to HULU, Disney+ and ESPN+. Clean linens and towels are provided as well as house essentials (hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels and dish washing detergent, shampoo and conditioner). The Surroundings Camelback Ski Resort is a 5 minute drive! Enjoy skiing, snow tubing, water parks, zip lines and mountain coaster right out our back door. There are 4 golf courses within a 20-minute drive. Guests can enjoy hiking, horseback riding, zip lining, river rafting, fishing, skiing, snow tubing, and snowboarding all nearby. Mount Pocono is 5 miles away, while Mt. Airy Casino is 10 minutes' drive. Crossings Outlet Shopping Centre and Barley Creek Brewery are 8 minutes' from the townhouse. Many restaurants offer outdoor seating areas in the summer. Explore historic Stroudsburg, fifteen minutes away. Drive ten minutes for a hike or run in Big Poconos State Park, which is part of one of the largest outdoor preserve systems in the region. No matter what season you choose, you may not want to leave! Guest access Guests will have the entire house to themselves and access to community amenities. Swimming pool is open all summer! Tennis and Pickleball courts are also open for 1 hour sessions! And the Basketball hoop is up! Guests must bring their own equipment. Other things to note No large groups/ parties/ events. No Prom Groups. No Bachelor or bachelorette parties.
