Gwinn is centrally located for you to have your freedom to explore the UP! The entire Upper Peninsula is at your fingertips. Explore nearby or take a daytrip to one end of the UP or the other. We have lots of trails for hiking, skiing, biking and MORE! Relax and stare at the stars and milky way or make memories your own way. In this 3 bedroom home with a basement you have room to spread out and relax. A fun place to stay in West Branch Township! This house is part of a duplex, and newly renovated. These are 1950's Air Force housing. We have updated the basement, bathrooms and some of the kitchen. It is cute and quirky but light and relaxing. The whole house (except the basement) has been painted and freshened up. Ready for you to come and relax. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware and those essentials so you can cook a nice meal if you want. We supply coffee and sugar to make the morning super easy! The basement is set up for some fun with a tv, roku, fooseball, and air hockey tables. There are also lots of games and movies to enjoy . There is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy yourselves while you are here. You will have access to all parts of the house except the garage. The garage is our maintenance shop, on rare occasions, we will need access but will communicate and arrange so we do not interrupt your time here. No access to the house would be needed in these rare cases. The backyard is unfenced, but all yours during your stay, the fire pit is exceptional in the cool evening air! We live nearby and can be available if and when necessary. The garage is used as our maintenance shed. It is unavailable to guests but on occasion we may need to go in the garage, we will not enter the main house. We will arrange a time so we do not interfere with your time here.
