Great place for groups and families to come together in the heart of Amarillo's iconic Wolflin neighborhood. It's full of all the creature comforts one could wish for. Just a few blocks from I-40 and a short drive to a wide variety of dining and shopping. Freshly renovated with only your comfort in mind. 3 bedrooms feature King size beds, 1 room with 2 twins. Quality mattresses and linens. Each room has a smartTV equipped with Roku channels. We're pet friendly with a small fenced yard. The space This Compound is a duplex with 2 completely independent living quarters. There are 4 private bedrooms, 3 king size beds and 2 twins. 2.5 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens and 2 living and dining areas. A large group has the advantage of being all on one private property plus all of the benefits afforded by independent spaces. There is also ample outdoor space for playing and gathering. We can also host your four-legged family member. We’ll ask that you respect our pet play areas by cleaning up after your pet. There is a supply cabinet where you will find some pet toys and old towels for cleaning up your pup after a hike in the canyon. There is also a medium size crate folded in the closet for your use. As with most historical homes, there is limited bathroom space. So we have equipped each bedroom with its own vanity station with large mirrors, room to spread your gear, and electrical outlets for grooming tools. We provide a shared fenced yard for pets and other outdoor enjoyment. There is also a charcoal grill in the back yard complete with basic utensils and a bucket of charcoal (that is usually stocked). Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. 2 units 4 private bedrooms, 2.5 private bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living & dining areas, 2 driveways plus street parking, fenced yard and ample outdoor space.
