Catskills Old Falls House (Winter Months)

Newly renovated cozy home, modern touches with a vintage feel. Property is located on the edge of the Neversink River. You will be surprised to see the beautiful views of the river from the hot tub. This property is listed 2x because during winter months we do not have the Art studio open. Access to the tiny art studio isn't included. Please see the reviews on “Catskills Old Falls House+Tiny Artist Studio” it is the same property. Located on Rt 42 walking distance to stores, and bus stop. Other things to note Hello! We provide towels and washcloths. One for each guest. (Extra towels for hot tub are not supplied for homes that have hot tubs). We provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and two dishwasher pods, one roll of paper towel and 1 garbage bag in the garbage container We have sample size soap bars/ body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There is a charge for Gas for grill $25 per stay.
