Bohemian Lodge| Artist's Boutique

The Bohemian Lodge is the perfect space for large groups of 6 to 10 adults who need a safe, central, quiet location with lots of amenities. The refurbished modern open plan kitchen with granite counter tops is gorgeous. It even has a swimming pool! The space This is a large luxury duplex lodge. I live on the smaller side and the larger side is my short term rental property. At Bohemian Lodge your space has it's own main entrance and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full sized and one half-bathroom in the exclusive neighbourhood of of Jacks Hill. It's located at the foot of the hill which makes it very accessible and close to shopping and restaurants. You can expect clean tidy rooms that have beds, closets, bathrooms, fans, air conditioning and hot water and internet service. There is a great swimming pool on the property that is well maintained. There is Cable TV and internet available in the living room and the bedrooms upstairs. The space accommodates up to 10 persons sharing 5 beds. If you have a larger group then we are happy to see how we can accommodate your group in the over 4000 available square feet of property in the rental unit. Guest access You will have access to the rental property (the larger side of the duplex), all of the outside space as well as the pool which is only shared with the me over on the small side of the duplex. We also allow a special needs school to host their swimming classes twice per week. They come on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10AM to 1PM. There is a washing machine in the house and a long clothesline in the backyard for drying clothes. Other things to note This place is unique because it is very large, very spacious, and is offered at an excellent price.
