Featherstone - The Estate

Rent the entire Featherstone Estate for a secluded get away with family or friends on your own private beach. Comprising of 3 separate units on a beautiful private beach this is the perfect place to get away from it all. Featherstone can easily accommodate 3 families, each with their own private space, or groups of up to 15 people. All units are well appointed and there is a communal pool, laundry room, games room, hammocks, bikes, kayak, ping pong table, BBQ area and fire pit. The space Featherstone Estate is on the north coast of Cayman Brac, just a 15 minute drive from the airport. Comprising of 3 separate units on 1.2 acres with a beautiful private beach this is the perfect place to get away from it all. Featherstone can easily accommodate 3 families, each with their own private space, or groups of up to 15 people. The Upstairs Apartment is upstairs in the main building and has a large open plan living room with dining table, seating area and fully appointed kitchen. It is lived in by the owner when not rented so there isn't much you won't find in the kitchen! One of the sofas converts into a full size bed. The master bedroom has a queen bed and huge bathroom with double vanities, a bath for two, a huge walk-in shower, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom is across the balcony and has a full bed with twin trundle underneath. This room has a shower room with rainfall shower, toilet and vanity. There is a full wrap around deck with dining table and hammock. The Upstairs Apartment sleeps 7. The Guest Apartment is on the ground floor of the main building and also has a huge beach facing balcony with hammock, table and chairs. The master bedroom has a queen. There is a full sofa bed in the living room, a small but fully appointed kitchen and a bathroom with shower/bath. The Guest Apartment sleeps 4. The Cottage is behind the main house. On the ground floor you will find an open plan living room with dining area, sofa bed and fully appointed kitchen. Upstairs is a very generous bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom with shower/bath. From the bedroom you can access the deck which has sun loungers, table and chair. The Cottage sleeps 4. On your private beach you will find a pool, sun loungers, chairs, hammocks, a fire pit (and wood) and a BBQ area. There is a dock to make getting in and out of the sea easy. In addition there is a large selection of board games and books as well as snorkel and fishing equipment, and croquet/volleyball/badminton gear. There is ping pong, kayaks, an SUP and a selection of bikes (5 adult, 3 child) to use. Finally there is a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is everything you need for a perfect secluded paradise get-away with family or friends. We are also open to the idea of hosting events on the beach, recently having hosted a very successful wedding. Please enquire for more information.
