Nestled against majestic redwoods, the spacious, fully enclosed backyard comes complete with private hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor seating for everything from alfresco meals to post-hike soaks. There's even an outdoor hot shower for rinsing off sand after trips to the beach. The spacious kitchen comes well-appointed for home cooking and there's seating for all at the dining table set for six. In the evenings, unwind with your favorite shows and movies on the living room smart TV. A central fireplace adds cozy comfort for chilly weather. THINGS TO KNOW There is a long-term renter in the cottage behind the garage. The rental is behind a fence to ensure privacy. The reserved parking spot belongs to the LTR. The cottage is rented to one person and a dog. Streaming services are available on the smart TV using your own accounts. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quite hours.
