Guests of all ages may purchase separate passes to Jay Peak Resort, which includes access to the year-round Pump House indoor waterpark and arcade, as well as the Ice Haus indoor skating arena (for an additional fee). This mountain condo has a carpeted open floor plan combining living and dining areas and the kitchen. Come back home after a fun-filled day to unwind by the gas fireplace in the living room. The TV is a great source of entertainment for the entire group. If your definition of fun is kitchen-related, then you will be happy with the fully appointed kitchen. It's complete with all the essentials, so you shouldn't have any problems surprising your friends with delicious homemade meals. Admire beautiful mountain views and breathe in the refreshing mountain air from your private balcony off of the pleasant dining area. THINGS TO KNOW Guest access You'll enter using the keypad at the door. Enter your access code, then rotate the deadbolt beneath the keypad away from the door frame and open the door. A green light on the Schlage button confirms the code was accepted; if you see red, wait 5 seconds for the lock to reset and try again. If the lock becomes inactive after three wrong attempts, wait 30 seconds before trying again. When leaving, press the Schlage button, rotate the deadbolt toward the door frame to lock it, and confirm it's engaged before you go. Other things to note This is a slopeside condo in a mountain community. Please note the property does not have air conditioning - a common feature at this elevation. Open windows in the evening and early morning for natural ventilation, close them and draw curtains during the day to keep the space cool, and fans are available throughout the unit.
