There are no cameras in the home and it is not able to view the outside sitting area. Upon booking a rental agreement, copy of drivers license and 1 initial phone call is required. Must be 30 years old or older to book The maximum number of guests includes every age child and infant. Only the guests named on the agreement are to be on the property at anytime. We do not allow for any Day Guests. No one can just "stop by" This is not a party house.
