EXTENDED STAYS: - For stays lasting 30 days or longer, a one time cleaning fee of $300 will be applied, which covers bi-weekly standard cleans as well as the deep clean at the end of your stay. This ensures we are able to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for the duration of your extended stay. 4. PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION: We understand that pets are an important part of many families, and we welcome well behaved and house-trained pets at our property. To cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required for our pet-friendly units, we charge a one-time pet fee of $50 for stays 1 week or less. This fee helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. If staying for longer than a week, please inquire with host for additional pet fee. PET RULES / GUIDELINES: - We accept dogs (2 dog maximum) and cats on a case-by-case basis.
