The space The 7,200 square foot property is nestled on 6.4 acres along the Potomac River in King George, VA. Little Ferry Inn is a convenient drive to Fredericksburg, Dahlgren, and minutes to route 301. It is within 90 minutes of Washington, DC, Richmond, Annapolis, and Fairfax. With 240 feet of river frontage, a private dock with two boat lifts, and a sandy beach, it is ideally and uniquely situated for small gatherings, boating, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and crabbing. The custom-built estate features a main house with 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths. A breezeway connects the mother-in-law suite and it’s private bath to the main house. A separate carriage house supplies an additional apartment with it’s own kitchen, fireplace, and full bathroom. (This listing does not include the carriage house and mother-in-law suite. They are listed separately at an additional charge.) Additionally, Little Ferry Inn boasts a private heated swimming pool with a spa, a pool house, an outdoor shower, an exercise room, a custom bar, and a billiards room. Kayaks, jet skis, and paddle boards may be available to rent during your stay. Guest access Access is to the main house, the 6.4 acre grounds, including the pool, spa, cabana, beachfront, and dock. Other things to note You will have access to the main house, beach and swimming pool. Access to the In-law suite and carriage house will depend on availability. These are available as a separate listing. We maintain office hours on the property on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The offices are above the in-law suite and below the carriage house apartment.
