Within the city limits of South Fork is our Big Elk Mtn Home, which is just a short distance from tons of fun. You will find the Gold Medal waters of the Rio Grande & South Fork rivers, National Forests w/ epic hiking trails, ATV/UTV trails galore, Wolf Creek Ski Area, snowmobiling, and more. South Fork, referred to as the Basecamp for Adventure, is the place to come & make memories that will last a lifetime and keep you coming back. Stay here & enjoy a stylish, spacious, and clean home. The home is nicely decorated. The living room has a full-size couch and an additional couch with two recliners and a console. The dining room is open to the living and kitchen. And the dining table will seat 6 comfortably. We have a highchair as well. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking ware, utensils, plates, bowls, coffee pot/single serve machine, toaster, blender, etc. The laundry room has a garage entrance and doorways to the kitchen and hall leading to the bedrooms. The laundry room has a washer/dryer, ironing board, and iron. The guest bath is near the laundry room and living room. There are three bedrooms; Guest bedroom number one is near the hall bath, and it has a queen size bed. The second guest bedroom is further down the hall on the left. In this room, you find a twin and a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full-size mattress on the bottom. There is a television in this room and in the closet are board games and puzzles. The master bedroom is spacious. This room has a queen size bed, two closets, and a 4 piece bathroom. Guests will access the house via the front door. At the front door, you will be able to use your code to enter the house. The garage is open for use by the guests. Although, a remote for the garage door is not provided. PROPERTY MANAGER is available. There is a slight price increase for parties over 4. The property is located in a residential area within the city limits of South Fork, CO. Restaurants, a grocery store, shopping, rental companies, and the post office are very near the home. Driving Directions - From Hwy 160 in South Fork, CO turn onto Hwy-149 toward Creede. Turn left onto Elm St. (third street on the left). Continue around the curve and the property is the second house on the left. There are two driveways at the property. The city of South Fork does not allow on-street parking. The trash is picked up on Mondays and the service runs at approximately mid-morning. The manager will be by the house around 8/8:30 on Monday to take the rolling can to the street. The can is kept in the shed. If you have trash that you would like to have taken off, please use the can provided on the street. We do not put the trash out earlier due to bears. We do have a pet policy. Those who have a dog(s) we ask that they stay off the beds and furniture.
