10 beds! Large home for groups & multiple families! PETS OK! Experience Tampa Bay with the whole family & friends at our large pet friendly home less than 5 mins to Armature Works! The main house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining room, 8 beds and will sleep 12 people. The detached cottage has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, 1 sofa bed and a dining room. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome you into our home! If you bring a pet, they must be house broken. No local guests. Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old. Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation. Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days. $750 separate refundable security deposit to be collected on stays of 28 days or longer as well. Driveway Size: 100 feet long and 2 cars wide. Gated Driveway. Gate Code 0405 A separate $35 pet fee per pet per night will be requested after booking. For monthly stays (28 nights or longer), the pet fee is $195 per pet per month. Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 7th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 7 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group. Guests will have full access to the entire property and both houses. A car or electric bike is ideal. I am available through the app, though if you message me after 11pm, I may not respond until 8 am. :) Multicultural neighborhood with a lot of gentrification going on! The dining room has enough formal seating for 8. 🌟 Living Room 2 🌟 Large sectional sleeper sofa with chaise, sitting chair and TV. The rear exit for the main house is also in this living room. 1️⃣ Bedroom 1 1️⃣ Queen size memory foam bed, TV and the crib and high chair are located in the closet. (Detached cottage) 👩‍🍳 Kitchen 👨‍🍳 Plates, glasses, mugs, pots and pans to accommodate 4 total guests in the cottage. There is also a blender, drip coffee system, refrigerator, oven, blender and dining area. 🧺 Laundry Area 🧺 Washer and dryer on the first floor of the main house in the separate laundry room. 🚗 Parking 🚗 100 feet long and 2 cars wide. Gated Driveway. Gate Code 0405 Address: 310 W West St Tampa, FL 33602 Parking: The driveway is approximately 100 feet long and 2 cars wide. A very large trailer and RV can also fit in the driveway, but would limit the amount of additional cars or trucks. Please reach out to me to ensure your trailer will fit. Please don’t block the sidewalk. There is also a security gate you are able to close if you would like. The code to the front gate is 0405. Entry & exit: Check in time is 4pm or later. There is no key with this house, only a keypad deadbolt on all exterior doors. The The keypad is black. Type the code 881245. The door will unlock after the code is typed. When exiting the home, just press the lock symbol and the door will lock. All exterior door codes are the same. To access the detached cottage, tap the keypad screen and type the same code as the front door, followed by the circle icon on the bottom of the keypad. The door locks automatically behind you. Inside the house: Please be sure to lock up pets in their crate when not home. Pets must be picked up after when using the bathroom in the lawn & dog waste thrown in the trash can. No Smoking on premise. If you must smoke, it is only allowed on the sidewalk in front of the house and nowhere else on the property. The iron & ironing board is located in the laundry room. There will be plenty of towels and linens for your party during their stay in each bathroom vanity and in some of the closets as backups. Movie rentals are not permitted and guests will be billed directly if a movie is rented during their stay. TV Watching: The Roku stick is how you watch TV. Hit the power button on the Roku remote to turn the TV on & then hit the home button (it looks like a house symbol) on the Roku remote. Once on the home screen, scroll to the Spectrum App, click it and that is how you will watch cable TV on each TV.
