Located on the sought after West Coast, just 500m from Mullins beach and Sea Shed restaurant, #7 Mullins Breeze is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home which offers an open plan design, spacious interiors and welcoming outdoor areas. The space With tall palm trees lining the entire avenue, #7 Mullins Breeze is set amongst 30 townhouses in the small gated community of Battaleys Mews. The clubhouse that offers free WiFi, large swimming pool, a kids pool, loungers, tennis court, mini gym and a kids play area and there is 24/7 security in this already quiet and peaceful estate. The house offers a fully-fitted kitchen, open plan living and dining areas with air conditioning, covered terrace with private spa pool and spacious garden. All bedrooms are situated on the upper floor with air conditioning. The king master bedroom has a large en-suite and 2 further queen bedrooms share a shower room. We are able to make one bedroom into 2 singles if required. The main indoor area has plenty of relaxed seating and dining space with all the modern conveniences you would expect at home, a book/games closet plus some added extras such as Nespresso coffee machine and Bose sound system. There is a spacious garden with a newly built deck, luxury loungers, outdoor dining furniture, a BBQ and plunge pool. For stays longer than 7 nights cleaning once a week during your stay is included. Additional cleaning can be arranged easily at your request and paid directly. We are able to provide a 1 cot and 1 highchair at no extra cost where requested. Guest access Access to all areas of property via keys except owner's storage room, linen closet and pump room. Other things to note Please note under the Tourism Levy Act 2019-57, a 10% Shared Economy Levy is applied to all vacation rental properties. This levy charge is included in the nightly rate. Please handle the property and all its contents with care. You will be charged accordingly for any damages/breakages. No events, parties, or uninvited guests allowed. Please do not use P20 sunscreen whilst staying at the house. It stains terribly and you will be charged for replacement sheets/towels if damaged.
