They live in nature and we have no control over them. We do have pest control, bug zapper, ant killer and citronella candles. We clean and inspect everything before you arrive. Bring your own sunscreen, towels and float during open pool months. *** "TUCAWAY LODGE - On Property- has 2BR/1BA, large living area, TV, Wifi, small kitchen. The Lodge is a short term rental we are currently renting to friends and family. If you need extra space inquire about our rates and availability . Lodge guest(unless booked with the Cottage) Do Not have access to the pool. *** The pool area does back up to a nice neighborhood on the other side of the privacy fence . Please respect our neighbors . Quite time after 10PM. Door code to be sent prior to arrival. Other things to note Easy to find using GPS. Security Camera monitoring the driveway only. Bring beach towels, sunscreen and children life jackets, if using the pool. Keep children supervised at all time. "Tucaway Lodge" is also on the property, and can be rented for extra space. Ask about available dates. NO SMOKING is permitted inside the house, including the use of e-cigarettes or any devices that emit smoke. A $200 fine will be applied to the credit card on file.
