The bungalow has new stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, a screened in back porch, jacuzzi, an electric buggy and bicycles for you to ride anywhere on the island. The home has a large back yard and patio with a BBQ grill. Take your family away for the weekend to Bush Gardens, Hyde Park Village, and River Walk Ferry. Very cozy home, you'll want to remove your shoes and stay awhile. The entire home is available to you, the yard, the porches, bycicles, washer dryer, and electric buggy (golf cart). I am available 24/7 by text and phone. Guests can check themselves in and enjoy their independence. Davis Island is the most exclusive place to live in Tampa Florida. We have our own culture, restaurants, bars, and shops unique to the island. The historic Davis Islands are known for their views of downtown Tampa, as well as beautiful pastel-colored Mediterranean-style buildings dating from the 1920s. Relaxing spots include a walkin trail, sailing, beach, a lovely stretch of sand with views of boats and yachts, and Davis Islands Park, a green space with kids’ play equipment. An eclectic mix of cafes and pubs is clustered along East Davis Avenue. There is a swimming pool, baseball diamond, tennis and basketball courts. Davis Island has its own Fire Department and Coast Guard station. You may use the bikes and the buggy, but must be fully responsible for these items. We also have a private airport and plenty of walking paths and bike trails. You must be 24 years old to book due to strict insurance guidelines.
