Other things to note The house sleeps 12 people but we prefer 8 adults max. There is parking space for 4 cars max. The property has a 2 slip Dock. Slips are 10x26 and 12x26. Pool open April 1st to December 1st $75 per day for propane pool heat. The propane heats the pool 90+ degrees. The property has 2 exterior security cameras.
