Located less than 1 hour from Paris, the Gîte de la Prée welcomes you to a 150 m² Norman villa nestled at the end of a private cul-de-sac. With its private SPA and Sauna, 3 bedrooms and garden, come and recharge your batteries in these charmingly renovated former stables. The SPA is available from the house, no need to go outside ! The space Cosy place The Gîte de la Prée has a garden completely enclosed and without vis-à-vis for assured tranquility. A large south-facing terrace offers you a rest and dining area with full living room. You will also find a boulodrome with a relaxation area to meet. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, as well as the sauna and SPA area. A large shower room with toilet, as well as independent second toilets. The SPA/Sauna area is freely accessible for travelers and located in the house. It is cleaned between each rental by professionals. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, with double beds. Two of the bedrooms have double beds that can be converted into single beds (so 3 doubles or 1 double + 4 singles). Youi will also find a bathroom with bath & shower, and separated toilets.
