Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room, an equipped kitchenette, a shower room and you can enjoy a private garden of about 110 m² at 10 meters with a few steps. The space - A living room of 18 m², sofa bed (double with new mattress 2022) and dining area. - An open kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, hotplates, Malongo coffee machine... - A shower room with shower and WC. - A laundry room (shared with the owners) in an adjoining room will allow you to put down luggage or skis in order to make the most of the total surface area of the studio, you will find a folding table and garden chairs which you can enjoy in the garden. Outside : - A private garden of about 110 m² to enjoy the beautiful days and a breathtaking view of the whole countryside. It is located 10 metres from the accommodation, is accessible by a few steps, is secured by a locked gate and can accommodate your bicycles. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels included. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Access to the accommodation is via an old alley with wide stairs for about 50 metres. - Available Wifi. - A book on the history and walks in the village will be at your disposal with an IGN map. - Medium-term rentals are valued on request.
