"Ti Karanbol" Studio with Sainte-Anne sea view

We offer our sea view studio on the ground floor of the Carambole building (hence its name in Creole, "Ti Karanbol") in the heart of the Sainte-Anne vacation village in Guadeloupe (Résidence Anse à la Barque). The residence is located halfway between the village of Sainte-Anne and that of Saint-François, close to some of the most beautiful beaches of Grande Terre (Bois Jolan beach, Caravelle beach, etc.). The space Newly renovated (July 2022), Ti Karanbol is air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is at the end of the village, in a quieter area. You will have a terrace with outdoor kitchen and sea view. In clear weather you will have a view of Marie Galante in the distance. Its location on the ground floor makes it ideal for couples or families with children who can enjoy its sea view and the beautiful surrounding garden. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary elements to have a good stay: a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer (209L), a combination oven (microwave, grill, rotating heat), a kettle, a coffee machine (Dolce Gusto type), a toaster, and hot plates. You will have a 4G Wi-Fi access point (free). A paid offer via the Residence in high-speed Wi-Fi is also available. The studio is also equipped with a 81 cm SHARP SMART TV (Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, etc.) with 20W RMS Harman/Kardon sound, a 180 cm bed (2 × 90/14 cm mattress), a Rapido type convertible sofa (140 cm bed/14 cm mattress) of very good quality. A laundromat is available in the residence and is located just behind the Carambole building near the studio. Guest access Please note that the period from September 1 to October 10 is reserved for the renovation of the residence's infrastructure; as a result, restaurants and swimming pools will be closed and there will be no entertainment. The residence has three restaurants with Caribbean flavors, a laundromat, and a supermarket (souvenirs, textiles, accessories, and food). A tour desk is also available in the center of the village (at the reception) to organize outings and visits during your stay.
