For your vacation, an authentic fisherman's hut, restored, enlarged and equipped with all the comforts (fiber). We are at your disposal for any requests. Located in Mescher sur Gironde, "Royan – Atlantic" sector, you can park the car and do everything on foot? Beach, shops, restaurants... The house has a fully enclosed garden with terrace and BBQ. Around a kitchen – living room, you will find a master suite, 3 bedrooms (one at the back of the bathroom) and a shower room. The space The house has a fully enclosed garden. At the front, private parking can accommodate several cars. Around a well-equipped living room/kitchen, including a two-seater sofa bed, you will find 4 bedrooms equipped with brand new bedding. The master suite, with its shower room, has a 160 cm bed. A twin bedroom, equipped with two 90 beds can be converted into a double bedroom. A third bedroom, in the historic part of the house, with a nice period parquet floor, offers a 160 bed. Finally, a last bedroom, at the back of the shower room, but with direct access to the terrace, offers two pull-out beds of 80 cm, also convertible into a double bed. A crib is available (without sheet for hygiene reasons). The kitchen, in addition to the essential dishwasher, is equipped with all the necessary equipment. Gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, capsule machine, electric kettle, electric juicer, etc. Two terraces can accommodate you outdoors, in the back a BBQ awaits you. Guest access The whole house. Other things to note For any special request (short stays, long stays, etc.), or for simple information, we are at your disposal, do not hesitate.
