Seaside House

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Langrune-sur-Mer, this charming house of city to less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 85 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a sunny common courtyard at noon. We are waiting for you! The space The housing is composed as follows: On the ground floor - A living room of 20 m² with sofa, armchair and stone walls. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... and a dining area. - Separate toilet. On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 2 : bunk beds. - Bedroom 3: two single beds. - A bathroom with shower and WC. You will have a very high-speed wifi connection with starlink, and a 4K television. Outside : - A collective courtyard with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Other things to note - Wifi Included - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost upon request to the concierge.
