We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Hessenheim, this charming lodging located at the ground floor with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 47 m ² and being able to accomodate until 3 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room which is also the bedroom of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with jacuzzi bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 8 000 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room which is also the bedroom of 20 m² with TV, convertible sofa (1 place) and a king size bed with canopy (180×200). - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee maker... and a dining area. - A bathroom with shower, jacuzzi bathtub and toilet. Exterior: - A shared swimming pool (heated) of 12×6 m, open from May to September and fenced (opening date not contractual). - A large park with trees and flowers of about 8,000 m², shared. - A private pergola of 2.5 ×2.5 m with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron. Other things to note - Sheets and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are accepted, on request and for an extra fee of €15 per animal.. There are dogs on the property, so pets must be on a leash in the park. - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
