The space THE UNIT: This luxury condo has over 2,100 sqft one of the largest rental condo's in all of Daytona Beach. But it also boasts an additional 400+ sqft sunset balcony which is one of the largest in all of Daytona Beach. This is a well known & well established gorgeous Sunset condo in Daytona's most prestigious rental condominium. (No Oceanview) As you walk in the front door of the condo into the unit you will walk right under the rotunda ceiling. right in front of you is the dining room and immediately to your right is a hall that walks into the second bedroom which features a full size bed next to a twin/full bunk bed, a smart tv, and private balcony entrance/exit. There is also a private door to the second bathroom. Coming back out of the bedroom puts you back into the dining room. To the left of the dining room is a fully loaded gourmet chefs kitchen with very kitchen amenity you could think of and from the kitchen is the laundry room. The dining room boasts a gorgeous high top dining room table. To your right the dining room is the living room which includes two couches, a chair, a large smart tv, and a balcony sliding glass entrance/exit door. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, dresser, smart tv, walk in closet, and a private master bathroom which includes a his/her vanity, large walk in shower, and a garden tub. The balcony is a huge 350 sqft balcony that has magnificent views of the sunset. No only is the patio furniture perfect for relaxing but the electric grill will make that amazing beach day that much better! ***AMENEITIES*** Ocean Vistas is widely considered Daytona Beaches most luxurious rental. Because of that Ocean Vistas has gorgeous amenities that pair with the beautiful units perfectly. Full size oceanfront fitness center with a hot sauna Full size oceanfront community room with commercial ice machine, large flat screen cable tv, and billiards. Fully protected sun deck with outdoor patio furniture for you and the whole family to sunbathe if the beach side is windy. Full size business conference center with a conference table that seats 8 and printing capabilities. The back deck has a 80 ft heated infinity pool and opposite it on the other side has an infinity hot tub spa. The back deck also has numerous seating arrangements to enjoy the fire-pit and the the view of the ocean waves rolling in. Needless to say you will be living in absolute paradise during your entire trip Guest access You can get around the neighborhood via uber/lyft, rent a golf cart or a scooter, tax a taxi, or rent car. We get two underground secured parking spots (your vehicle must be shorter then 6'7) if it is taller or you have more then two vehicles you can park in overflow outdoor parking across the road. Other things to note Minimum age: 25 (minimum age of primary renter) 1. Management fee is $145. In being as transparent as possible with this fee. This covers you for any incidental damage done to the unit during your stay. Airbnb has a policy for hosts called the "host guarantee" for any damages done by a guest but when needing to file a damage claim Airbnb makes the host aim that claim at the guest. Airbnb then wants the guest to foot the bill and if they don't then Airbnb steps in and may or may not pay for the full amount of whatever was damaged. Because of this we have sought outside coverage for guest incidentals to make sure us and you as a guest are covered from minor and major oops scenarios. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need. CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am PARKING: ONE garage spot with 6'7ft clearance guaranteed. ONE garage access pass to the first come first serve spots for a second vehicle. (If the complex is full parking for a second vehicle may not be available) If your vehicle does not fit in the garage you will have to find other parking accommodations. NO THIRD VEHICLES. NO TRAILERS. NO OUTDOOR PARKING ON SITE. CHECKOUT LIST: 1. Wash & dry one load of towels (no folding needed) 2. Put dishes in dishwasher and start prior to leaving 3. Strip beds that were used and leave next to the bed 4. Take the trash out 5. Set AC back to 78 6. Make sure sliding doors are closed 7. All keys/fobs left on the table 8. Report if anything was broke or lost during your stay 9.
