The Squirrels

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Rosières, this charming house in a case of greenery, air-conditioned with swimming pool, of a surface of 120 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 35 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 300 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A living room of 35 m² with TV, fireplace (wood provided in addition), sofa and dining area. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... - A veranda with a cosy area and ceiling fan. - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200). - A bathroom with shower and bath. - Separate toilet. On the first floor : - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 3: a sofa bed (double) and a desk. - A shower room with shower. Outside : - A swimming pool (private, not heated) open according to the weather from May to the end of October (opening dates not contractual), secured according to standards and measuring 9×4 metres. - A beautiful garden of 1,300 m² not overlooked, surrounding the house. - A 12 m² south-west facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, iron and ironing board. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Free wifi available. - The fireplace is functional, wood is provided on request to the person on site, at extra cost. - Pets accepted (1 pet only) for a supplement of €6/day. For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the swimming pool. They may swim in the river. Please do not leave any evidence of their presence inside or outside. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use, empty the bins and the fridge and remove the bed linen from the beds. Thank you in advance. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). 20 € per double bed, per bed and sofa 10 € per set of sheets, 6 € per person for 2 towels (small and large).
