Stylish, relaxing, Mt Maunganui holiday home with modern kitchen and bathroom, a 7-minute walk to the beach at Hart St. Our well-equipped, character cottage is comfortable for a family or two couples. It can comfortably accommodate five adults. Linen & towels provided. Gorgeous outdoor shower. Fenced garden, two small decks and a back lawn. The space The cottage has three bedrooms all with brand new carpet (1 queen, 1 double, 1 king-single), plus there is a cute, curtained space with a divan bed that's ideal for a child. There's also a divan in the living room that could be used for a child and a trundler under the king-single bed. All linen and towels provided. There is a TV-monitor and chrome cast but no Freeview or cable television. Off-street parking is in the carport with another space directly behind that. Please no parking on the shared driveway – this blocks our neighbour in. With prior permission, one well-behaved dog may be permitted. Guest access We'll let you know a code for the front door before your arrival. Other things to note All linen, bath towels, beach towels, facecloths, tea towels etc are provided. The pantry is stocked with the basics: tea, coffee, oil, breakfast spreads, herbs and spices etc
