This oceanfront condominium is on beautiful Hutchinson Island with Marriott resort amenities! The condo has been beautifully decorated with new beachy decor. You’ll have gorgeous views of the ocean, plus you have optional access to the Marriott resort country club amenities such as golf. All furnishings are high end, including down-filled living room furniture you can sink into, and beautiful beds with pillow top mattresses. All guests have full access to Marriott restaurants and markets. The space What makes this condo distinct from others:  -- Two king size beds, and both bedrooms are en suite  -- Master suite is oceanfront with a sitting area on the balcony  -- Guest suite includes a twin size sleeper  -- Luxury Hotel linens, towels, and robes (two per suite)  -- Balcony is oversized with a dining area plus a separate sitting area to relax  -- 4th story up for the best ocean views  -- Balcony is situated for enjoying the ocean views and relaxing with a beverage any time of day or night – always shaded since it is on an angle, and you get both sunrise and sunset views  -- Reserved, covered parking space -- Optional country club membership is available for a 300 fee to the Marriott Resort for your entire stay for up to 4 people (the Marriott charges hotel guests 40 per day for the same privileges): Shuttle service, On Site Restaurants and Bars, 3 additional pools, 2 hot tubs, plus golf, tennis, pickleball, and a fitness center. Golf privilege green fees including cart are 75 for 18 holes or 55 for 9 holes per player. The entrance has a Smart Lock for easy self check in. There is a laundry facility on all four floors of the building, which are available to guests, and are coin operated. Other things to note THE HOUSE IS PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED BETWEEN GUESTS, AND HAVE ADDED CDC GUIDELINES INCLUDING DISINFECTING ALL ITEMS COMMONLY TOUCHED BY GUESTS (DOOR KNOBS, KITCHEN HANDLES, REMOTE CONTROLS, ETC.). WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LATE CHECK OUT / EARLY CHECK INS TO ENSURE PROPER TIME FOR THESE NEW CLEANING PROCEDURES.
