Welcome to Grand View, named after my childhood village on the Hudson River. This property has been in the family for the past 45 years and was the home of my late parents, Jack and Barbara “Jolly and Bobo” Keil. They entertained friends and family here for many years with sound of swing jazz filling the house. Rolling fields and sweeping vistas are highlights of this eclectic modern home. Each bedroom space is it's own suite. Downstairs is a fully ADA compliant bed room , bath ( with roll-in shower) and bunk room directly off the bedroom. Upstairs has a bedroom with private deck and studio/bunk room off of it, with it's own bathroom. Jill and I are just a couple of miles down the road and always available to help out but we respect the guest's privacy. The property is rural and very quiet , the occasional deer can be seen from the porch. We are only 2 miles from the nearest Village Market and Inn with restaurant and bar. Larger towns are only 15 Minutes away ( Putney or Bellows Falls) with all of the features you'd expect from a New England town. The surrounding areas are full of skilled artisans, local producers, and local community institutions that reflect the natural beauty of the landscape.
