Nearby attractions include the Covered Bridge Festival, Little Italy Festival, County Fairs, 20 minutes from Indiana State University, and 30 minutes from downtown Terre Haute. 30-45 minutes from Raccoon Lake State Recreation Area, Turkey Run State Park, or Shades State Park (Waveland) where there is a large variety of activities to partake in-- beautiful hiking trails, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, picnic areas, swimming, boating, and much more!
