The Lodge at Mablewood Farm

The Lodge at Mablewood Farm is a cozy home set on 125 acres of beautiful farmland. The Lodge is 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, comfortably sleeping 10. There is a fully stocked kitchen with a large dining table and bar area for seating. The great room boast tall ceilings, stunning decor and a large flat screen TV. There are four separate porch spaces for outdoor entertaining. *Events and parties are prohibited. *We are not suitable for pets/animals due to farm and domestic animals on the property. The space Barnview Room-queen bed, full handicap-accessible bathroom attached, seating area, access to outside patio, windows, closet, TV (no cable/satelite, local channels available). Pineview Room- queen bed, full bathroom handicap-accessible bathroom attached, seating area, access to outside patio, windows, closet, TV (no cable/satelite, local channels available). Rabbit's Den-"mini room" double bed, TV (no cable/satelite, local channels available), small closet. Deer Retreat- queen bed, full handicap-accessible bathroom attached, couch for seating, closet, TV (no cable/satelite, local channels available). Quail's Nest-queen bed, full handicap-accessible bathroom across the hallway (not attached), couch for seating, closet, TV (no cable/satelite, local channels available). There is no cable, satellite, or smart TV's in The Lodge. Each TV does have limited channels via antenna. Wi-Fi is available for streaming devices (bring your own). Well equipped kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and bakeware, Keurig (bring your own pods), coffee pot (filters provided), Gas stove, microwave, wall oven, utensils. ***Ice and water dispenser on refrigerator are not working at this time.*** Rocking chair and swing sit on the front porch overlooking the beautifully landscaped yard. Washer and dryer available in laundry room. Propane grill available upon request. Guest access Guests will have access to The Lodge only. The owner's home and office area are off limits. The Barn-so long as there are no events scheduled at The Barn during your stay, we encourage you to visit with our donkeys, chickens, goats, and hog. We can provide treats to guests who would like to hand feed the animals. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE...this is a true farm. At our barn, we have donkeys, chickens, goats, pigs and possibly other animals. There are 2 cats that regularly hang out around the Lodge. These are our barn cats and we appreciate their work to keep unwanted critters away. The owners also have dogs you may see during your stay. While we do not allow any animals inside the Lodge , we do want our guests to know that there is an animal presence. For the protection of the animals who make this farm home, we do NOT allow pets/animals at this listing. The owners live on property in a separate residence. ***Parties, events, groups and large gatherings are prohibited. While we are an event venue, this AirBNB listing is preserved solely for lodging of up to 10 guests. Inviting other guests, who are not included on the reservation, onto the property is prohibited.**
