ARRIVING: This home is in the historic Capitol Heights neighborhood. The GPS should bring you straight there. Parking is in the driveway on the left side of the home. The front door is up on the front porch — four or five steps up — and is equipped with an electronic deadbolt. Whenever you leave the home, press the lockstate button again to lock the door. PLEASE NOTE: THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE. DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am. Your full checkout instructions are in your digital guidebook. TRASH: The green bin is on the side of the house. City pickup runs twice a week. You're welcome to roll it down to the road, but please bring it back beside the house the same day — bins can't be left at the curb overnight. SLEEPING: There are two queen beds, one king bed, and an air mattress that can sleep a total of 8, if needed. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I'll have more brought by for you. TV: This property has Smart TV's with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Early check-ins have to be manually approved. Our cleaning company arranges an additional cleaner so the home is ready at your requested time, which is what the $20 per hour covers. Message us and we'll check with them. PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you've been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
