Imagine yourself relaxing in our Hammock village. A propane outdoor fire-pit will keep you warm and an outdoor gas grill will ensure that you can enjoy a beautiful evening cooking outside. With individual Mini Split cooling and heating control, you're never far from the perfect temperature. Park anywhere in front of house off the street. Check-In is via personal smart lock code sent to you prior to arrival. We are in Joshua Tree Village; this is not a remote, secluded property; no dirt roads required. I live 2 hours away but will be available by message, text, and phone at any time during your stay! Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house! Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. We are on a septic system. You must let us know if a pet will be joining you and enter the pet in the reservation. There is a $50 per pet fee. Please be a mindful pet owner, respect the property, and clean up after your pet in the back yard. Any excessive cleaning or significant damages resulting from pets will incur additional charges. Please shower before using the hot tub - entering while dirty can result in excessive cloudiness, chemical imbalance, and a drain/refill charge of $100. Cowboy pool available April - October. Pool/spa service person will be on site briefly during the day on Tuesdays and Fridays. The cowboy pool may have some minor surface debris due to the wind in the desert - we have a hand net available for you to quickly scoop out any debris. Hammocks are available for use and stored in the deck box behind the jacuzzi. We mitigate bugs as much as possible and have the house professionally cleaned after each guest. However, critters are part of life in the desert and we can't entirely avoid the occasional critter breaking in. Please be respectful of the neighborhood with outdoor noise and please respect the 10pm noise curfew. Please reach out with any questions!
