We're about 90 minutes north of Phoenix and 20 minutes from historic downtown Prescott — close enough for a day trip, far enough to truly unwind. The home is built for comfortable, easy living: four bedrooms and two full baths, all on one level with no stairs. Two dedicated office rooms — one large, one small, both with desks and ample space to work — make remote work or a longer stay effortless, and the fourth bedroom even features a piano, a creative touch and extra room to relax or entertain. You'll also find a full kitchen, an all-purpose gathering room, a fully equipped laundry room, and folding tables and chairs on hand for projects, games, or cleaning gear after a day at the range. Step outside to private parking, a covered porch made for sunsets and backyard BBQs, and open state land beyond the fence where pronghorn and horses roam and the night sky goes dark enough to see the Milky Way.
